Every brand has assets and liabilities just like they have their own, inherent opportunities and unique challenges. So too was the case with the ACTS Missions brand and their product/service offering.
Beginning with redesigning their foundational website to conceiving, designing and developing their new, online community/social network (complete with independent brand identity system) there was plenty of work to do and plenty to work with; namely access to a great client team, copious content and legacy systems to work from.

Having established a creative vision I decided to scrap the fragmented legacy brand and start anew with something more inspiring, memorable and distinct while maintaining the core conceptual essence and meaning behind the mark’s previous incarnation.

A Little Foreshadowing
Reintroducing the Brand
Upon landing, new visitors are greeted with a single question and no branding or navigation. This was done in order to address the single-most important conceptual focus the brand was facing which was to bring attention to their key product. This area serves as a “bridge,” taking those previously-familiar with the brand completely out of the legacy-brand headspace, prior to leaving them in the newly-branded paradigm. A user passes through this view only once.
The Main Entrée
The newly-designed site is a mix of both dynamic and static content as well as features aimed at providing the benefits of automation and ease of site owner operability/maintenance. Turn-key was the chief design aim.

Newly-created graphic standards and visual elements are under development for instructional materials and products.
